Hey it's time to make some healthy sweetness. I know a lot of us have some sort of a sweet tooth. Normally when we get a craving we reach for the processed goods like candy bars, cookies, crackers, and all of that jazz with tons of sugar. However, we also have to understand that when we have certain cravings there is something that we are essentially lacking in our diet (like minerals) and life (like emotional connection).
Today I'm going to show you an easy peasy way to make sweet treat that will not jeopardize your waistline, extremely raise your blood sugar levels, or leave you feeling sluggish afterwards.
