The 30 Days isn't just a program, it isn't a diet, it's a WHOLE lifestyle. A lifestyle to help you get to your desired goal. 

The "30 Days to Healthy Living” can be extended to the 12 Week “Elevate Your Health" Program if you really want to continue to reach your goals. 

Month 1-Nutrition Focus ( not calorie or macro counting)

In the first month you and your loved one will go through a cleanse called 30 Days to Healthy Living.

These 30 days will act as a reset to help with establishing healthy habits. First you two will work to identify foods and products that may not make you feel great.


*Meal plan w/ recipe books: You’ll receive an easy to follow plan (choose from 1 meal, 2 smoothies , and 2 snacks or 1 smoothie, 1 juice, and 1 meal). 

*Exercise Routine: During this time there will be minimal exercise, you all will not perform any high intense workouts or exercises. However, you all will perform some type of physical activity like walking, light jogging, tennis, etc)

*Progress Pictures: Taken weekly

*Complete a 2 week gut healing workshop and a 2 week workshop focused on your biggest struggle.
