Welcome to the Story and Fitness Playtime Summer Series, part of the Strengthen With V Kids program!

 

Join us for "Summer Tales and Healthy Habits," where we encourage families to discover creative ways to blend storytelling with healthy lifestyle practices.

Our summer series offers a unique blend of enchanting story time sessions, lively songs, and interactive fitness activities designed for toddlers aged 1-4. Each session is carefully crafted to promote early childhood literacy, build vocabulary, and develop a love for reading and learning. Simultaneously, our fun physical activities help instill healthy habits and a passion for movement.

What to Expect:

1. Engaging Story Time: Captivating tales read by our wonderful volunteer readers, including special guest appearances by local children's authors.

2. Interactive Fitness Activities: Exciting games and exercises using cones, rings, balls, and tumble mats to keep your little ones active and energized.
 

3. Social Interaction: Opportunities for toddlers to socialize and make new friends, and for parents to connect with other caregivers.
 

4. Healthy Habits: Tips and ideas for incorporating healthy habits into your daily routine, making wellness a family affair.
