HIIT-style intervals and circuits: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a workout style that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and periods of lower-intensity recovery or rest. This method is designed to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness in a shorter amount of time compared to traditional workouts. HIIT is highly adaptable, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Strength training: focusing on full-body or specific muscle groups (NO CARDIO exercises) building muscle strength and endurance. It involves lifting weights, using resistance bands, or performing bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups. The goal is to challenge your muscles by gradually increasing the resistance or weight over time, which helps improve muscle tone, boost metabolism, and support overall physical health. Strength training can be tailored to all fitness levels, allowing participants to progress at their own pace.
