Building muscle and fitness is important. Yoga is a natural complement to our work at the gym. In this class, we'll focus on effective breathing, flexibility, balance, and stretching and strengthening the muscles we've worked in training!
As we age, we want long, supple muscles, as well as balance and healthy joints. Plus, we'll have fun as we focus on relaxation, restoration, and self-care. All levels welcome!
About the Instructor:
Robin has practiced yoga for decades and got her 200-hour yoga teaching certification became certified through the Yoga Alliance in April 2022. She teaches at a local yoga studio as well as community classes. She is a local attorney who enjoys hiking, history, music, and spending time with friends and family.
